Holding Doctorate in Management from Pune University, Dr. Soniya has over 22 years of corporate and consulting experience in enabling strategic alignment and people process excellence in diverse organizations. She brings insightful hands-on expertise in areas of Business Strategy, HR and Organizational Development to implement simple yet high impact solutions to business challenges.
She brings in cross-culturally diverse perspectives with her global exposure to implementing strategic business initiatives in U.S, U.K, Germany and Singapore. She has been instrumental in deployment of high impact business initiatives such as balanced score card, competency based HRM, post-merger integration and talent management in various organizations.
Dr. Soniya is a certified expert for psychometric assessment tests such as MBTI and WorkPlace Big 5 from Centre for Applied Cognitive Studies, U.S.A. and Asia Pacific. Dr. Soniya is Certified Trainer associated with Sandvik Asia for their Global Transformational Leadership Training Model. She is a Certified Examiner on the Panel for the prestigious Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award (RBNQA). Shailendra Marathe is a senior finance professional, who has 25 years’ experience in business finance, financial markets, FinTech and risk management. He is a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, where he was awarded Gold Medal for “Best All-Round Performance” in his PG batch.
Shailendra has worked with leading global multinationals like Dell, Mphasis and iGATE in banking and capital markets strategy and operations, in India, as well as in the UK, Singapore and Australia. He was an investment banker for initial 8 years of career.
Shailendra provides practical financial advice and consulting to startups, small and medium business and corporates, on designing their business model, preparing business plan, pricing of products and services, financial planning, forecasting and budgeting, monitoring and control, working capital management, cash flows management, and cost analysis and management.
